Request a quote"On request" isn't a dodge — it's the honest answer. These are the five things that separate a small job from a big one. The more of them apply to you, the more work it is.
A branded bot with the existing features is the starting point. Anything only your bot should be able to do is work on top of that.
An integration with a game, API or web shop takes more work than a feature that stays entirely inside Discord — and depends on how that other side behaves.
Your own name, avatar and colours are always included. Your own dashboard domain and a fully white-label build — no SlakBot references anywhere — takes extra setup.
A hundred members and ten thousand members don't ask the same capacity. For the heavier end there's a dedicated VPS partition, so you're not sharing in anyone else's peak.
Without contractual commitments the bot simply runs the way it runs. Want agreements on availability, priority support or a fixed monthly call, and we put it on paper — a promise that costs something.
None of these five has a fixed rate; together they decide how much work and capacity it takes. I work that out per project — with the breakdown attached, so you can see where it comes from.
For bigger projects we look together at tailored work, a fair price or a longer-term partnership — not every server fits a fixed package. Tell us what you need and we'll figure it out.

Honestly: no two projects are the same. Setup is one-off work, hosting runs as long as the bot does — and how much work and capacity that takes differs from server to server. That's why we work on request: you tell us what you need and you get a tailored quote with the full breakdown in it. No surprises afterwards.
Yes. Amounts in the quote are exclusive of VAT; 21% is added on top. The invoice states the VAT separately, so you can reclaim it if you are a business.
The one-off setup is invoiced up front. The monthly hosting then runs by SEPA direct debit. The invoice is issued by SlakBot, the sole proprietorship behind the bot, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 42137410.
The agreement runs for the first three months; after that it's cancellable any month. No mandatory annual contract. Source code delivery can be part of the agreement, so you can self-host elsewhere.
The bot runs under your name, avatar and colours, with your settings, in your server: the identity is yours and there is no "powered by SlakBot" anywhere. The underlying code stays with SlakBot by default — you are paying for the product, not the IP. If you do want the code, a source code licence can be part of the quote; we agree that per project, up front rather than afterwards. On cancellation too, source code delivery can be part of the agreement so you can self-host elsewhere.
What's in the quote is fixed — nothing gets added to it afterwards. Want something extra later, that's a new request with its own quote, which you see before anything is built. Maintenance on what already exists doesn't fall under that: Discord API updates, security patches and bug fixes are part of the running agreement and cost nothing extra.
No. The terms cover the free SlakBot and explicitly exclude custom bots in section 6. A custom bot is governed by separate written agreements per project — what's in those is what applies.

Yes. The bot can be delivered fully in English (or multilingual). No extra cost for translation.
